I chose Chapman Opticians for my glasses because of the wonderful customer care Sam had given my mum.  She was similarly lovely with me.  She is professional, friendly and knowledgeable.  She helped guide me through choosing my frames and I would have no hesitation in recommending the whole team to anyone looking to change opticians or visit for the first time.
